We then consult with the business to understand its objectives and requirements so that we know where IT has to get to. Once this is defined, we consider different products and assess their value according to the criteria specifically identified for your company.
We can then make suggestions and discuss the pros and cons of each in a collaborative process.
At the end of this process we can put forward a proposal that can be represented at board level. Once approved, we plot a course which will take the organisation from where it is now to where it’s aiming to go including major decisions, an investment plan, equipment replacement schedule and software licensing programme.
