What's supported within the fixed fee?
- Network infrastructure - routers, firewalls and switches
- All devices on the network - servers, PCs, Macs, printers and tablets
- Smartphones - iPhone, Android and Blackberry
- PC admin - Add to the domain, map drives and transfer favourites and data
- System admin - All user / email account and group admin
- Liaison with Maintenance Companies, Internet Service Providers (ISP) and Software Vendors
Unless equipment is being supplied or relocated, there are no extra charges at the end of the month.
