Fibre Leased Lines
A Fibre Leased Line is a network connection that you rent from an internet service provider, giving you a dedicated level of bandwidth. The most common leased lines are symmetric at 100Mbps, but speeds of 1Gbps are being increasingly installed.
Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Lines (ADSL)
As the business broadband standard for London, ADSL works through the copper wires of your existing phone line. It can deliver up to 24Mbps but the bandwidth on an ADSL line is shared across multiple parties, therefore you are competing for the available bandwidth. An asymmetric line also has a higher download speed than its upload speed.
FTTC Lines
Also known as Fibre-To-The Cabinet (FTTC), this technology is delivered over standard copper lines. The key difference is that the copper only goes from your premises to the nearest street cabinet.
Ethernet First Mile Lines (EFM)
EFM Lines are a low-cost leased line technology, which provide cost savings over traditional fibre leased lines. They can be quickly installed, and provide broadband bandwidth speeds of up to 20Mbps. This is symmetric, meaning upload and download speeds are the same. With EFM there is no contention from anyone else competing for bandwidth as you have a dedicated line.
Wireless Solutions
Cubit can maintain and manage an existing wireless network or provide a new wireless setup. We can deliver a WiFi network that gives your business the required coverage, network capacity, data rates and roaming to keep your business connected at all times.
Wimax
Wimax is a technology standard for long-range wireless networking, for both mobile and fixed connections. Base stations at elevated locations in London communicate between an antenna on the customer’s roof and the ISP.

We supply Single and Multi-line services for use with traditional PBX/business-grade phone systems.
