IT Support Costs

Our pricing model motivates us to prevent problems arising and rewards us for fixing things fast. We give all the onsite support you need within a flat monthly fee.

What's supported within the fixed fee?

  • Network infrastructure - routers, firewalls and switches
  • All devices on the network - servers, PCs, Macs, printers and tablets
  • Smartphones - iPhone and Android 
  • PC admin - Add to the domain, map drives and transfer favourites and data
  • System admin - All user / email account and group admin
  • Liaison with Maintenance Companies, Internet Service Providers (ISP) and Software Vendors

Unless equipment is being supplied or relocated, there are no extra charges at the end of the month.
